TrueBuds Ace - True Wireless Earbuds with Charging Case

Both TrueBuds power on but only 1 earbud has sound?
To get your TrueBuds working properly please follow the below steps?
· Delete (“forget”) the TrueBuds connection from your smart device and turn off your smart device’s Bluetooth connection.
· Power off the TrueBuds completely and wait 10 seconds.
· Place the TrueBuds back into the charging case and wait 10 seconds.
· Remove both earbuds from the charging case, and they will power on automatically.
· Press and hold the function button on both earbuds at the same for 3 seconds.
· After 3 seconds release the function button at the same time and the TrueBuds will enter the automatic pairing mode.
· After 1 to 2 seconds the right earbuds LED light will start to flash red and blue, and the left earbud LED light will only flash blue slowly.
· Once they are paired successfully you will hear a voice prompt say connected.
· Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and search for TrueBuds Ace, it should only come up one time.
· Connect to “TrueBuds Ace” and now your TrueBuds should be paired with your device and ready to use.
TrueBuds Ace only 1 Earbuds lights up:
- Make sure both Earbuds are turned on. Press and hold the earbud that does not light up until the LED lights starts to flash on.
- Then put both Earbuds into the charging case at the same time, wait 3 second, take them both out of the charging case, they will turn on and pair automatically.
1 Year Warranty:
We stand by our products! That is why we offer a warranty during the 1 year period following the purchase of the product.
This limited warranty shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement at our option, of any product, which fails during normal consumer use for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase.
This warranty will replace the purchased product only, we WILL NOT substitute for another product or any other substitution for it is color or size. If the product is discontinued, we are not authorized to issue and exchange or substitute product.
This warranty does not extend to damage or failure, which results from misuse, neglect, accident, water damage, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. If at any time during the 1 Year period following the purchase the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, return the defective product with freight prepaid and a proof of purchase.
