Only 1 earbuds works? How do I get the 2nd one to pair/work?
Sorry for this inconvenience! Luckily there is a super easy fix, we just need to pair both earbuds to each other. Please see below instructionson how to do that;
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case
- Only 1 earbud should be blinking. Hold down the button on the earbud that isn’t blinking until it starts to blink so that now both earbuds are blinking.
- Then put both earbuds in the charging case at the same time and wait 3 second before take them up.
They should now both be paired and ready to use!
