Only 1 earbuds works? How do I get the 2nd one to pair/work? 

Sorry for this inconvenience! Luckily there is a super easy fix, we just need to pair both earbuds to each other. Please see below instructionson how to do  that;

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case
2. Only 1 earbud should be blinking. Hold down the button on the earbud that isn’t blinking until it starts to blink so that now both earbuds are blinking.
3. Then put both earbuds in the charging case at the same time and wait 3 second before take them up.

They should now both be paired and ready to use!
